This weeks edition of Sounds of the Caribbean has Keith back from vacation and starts out with a new Riddim entitled Dem Run Away featuring Lutan Fyah, Ras McBean and Suga Roy & Conrad Crystal . New music from Kenny Knots, Dobby Dobson, Ken Boothe and Tarrus Riley can be heard as well as a block of ganja tunes featuring Alborosie & Michael Rose, Daville, Natural Black & Jamelody. We take another ride on the Tune In Riddim with Sugar Minott & Bounty Killer, Bunny Rugs, and Courtney John. We also go into the Soca tent featuring Kevin Lyttle, Edwin Yearwood, and Patrice Roberts from the brand new Cd Soca Gold 2008.
This weeks Dub Zone features dub shots from Freddie McGregor’s Big Ship Dub Classics, the new Prince Fatty cd Survival of The Fattest and Bebo In Dub Style. Also in the zone this week extended mixes by Ini Kamoze, Culture, and Linval Thompson along with U Brown can be heard.

This weeks Sounds of the Caribbean show has Selecta Jerry at the controls for a mix of music from today and yesterday. Starting things off are veteran artists like Nasio Fontaine, Dennis Brown and Cornell Campbell and also mixing in up and comers like Kenny Knots, Rootz Movement and Zareb. Sounds of the Caribbean staples like Gentleman, Richie Spice, Tarrus Riley and Morgan Heritage can also be heard. We take a ride on the Statement Riddim and do Double plays of the Tune In Riddim and Guardian Angel Riddim. An oldies set includes Freddie McKay, Desmond Dekker, Ken Boothe and Dennis Alcapone.
This weeks Dub Zone features new music from The Vibronics, Dub Syndicate, and Rockamovya from the Groundation crew. Also in the Zone you will here Richie Davis, Jacob Miller and Robert Lee in extended mixes.

This weeks Sounds of the Caribbean starts off with driving roots music from Burning Spear, Ernie Smith, The Twinkle Brothers and new music from Groundation Music. Hot new music from the likes of Richie Spice, Morgan Heritage, Jamelody, Dezarie, Tarrus Riley, and Bitty Mclean is also in the mix this week. We ride classic riddims made famous by Black Uhuru which includes Guess Who’s Coming To Dinner and the new General Penitentiary riddim. Also on the riddim tip we ride The Dark Skin Riddim, The Rumors riddim and The hot new Tune In Riddim. A pumping dancehall segment includes music from Sean Paul, Elephant Man & Rihanna, DeMarco, and Wayne Wonder.
This weeks Dub Zone features King Tubby mixed dub shots from some of the best bands in reggae history including The Roots Radics, and The Soul Syndicate. Extended mixes by Johnny Clarke, Michael Palmer and Aswad, Wayne Wade, and Ray Naphtai and Roy Ranking can also be heard.
