This weeks edition of Sounds of the Caribbean is a special Mothers Day show packed with music dedicated to all of the mothers. Classic Mother songs from Garnet Silk, Sizzla, Gyptian, Mikey Spice, Junior Delgado, Luciano, and Sean Paul can be heard. Brand new music from Richie Spice’s Gideon Boot Cd and Jamelody’s Be Prepared Cd is also featured this week as well as Barrington Levy’s reissue of Teach The Youth album. We also take a ride on the hot Tune In Riddim featuring the likes of Anthony B, Tarrus & Jimmy Riley, Brian Gold, and Courtney John

This weeks Dub Zone is also dedicated to all of the Mothers with dub shots from Francis & Franklin, Mother Nature, Lee Scratch Perry, and The Wackies Rhythm Force. Other artists in the zone this week include Linval Thompson, Junior Reid, Ranking Dread and Black Uhuru
